I wanted to create a program that could be done by all fitness levels, and also a program where the circuits could be modified to each individual's abilities.
This program is great for beginners as there is no equipment required, but if you’re more advanced I recommend adding weights into the circuits to challenge yourself and maximize your results!
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 21 workouts that are designed to be done as a 21 day challenge, but you can also go at your own pace and create your own schedule.
