The second instalment of BIKINI BODY is bound to really kick your butt !
I created this program for those of you that have plateaued with your current training regime, or those of you who are just looking to intensify your current workouts and build the muscle you’ve been looking for!
This program is broken down into 5 weeks, training 6 days a week with 1 rest day. As you progress through each week the workouts intensify, so get ready to sweat!
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 30 workouts that are designed to be completed over 5 weeks
- Picture demonstrations of each exercise
- Video demonstrations of each circuit
- A list of my favourite tummy slimming juice and smoothie recipes
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Skipping Rope
- 3lb or 5lb dumbbells (for HIIT workouts)
- 8lb, 10lb or 15lb dumbbells (for upper body and lower body exercises)
You can do this entire program in the comfort of your own home, or at the gym, it's totally up to you !
