The third instalment of BIKINI BODY is a great program to get you ready for summer!
I created this guide with a combination of HIIT workouts, and weight training routines, designed to burn fat and build muscle.
The program is broken down into 5 weeks, training 6 days a week with 1 rest day. As you progress through each week the workouts intensify, so get ready to WORK!
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

If you're looking to challenge yourself I recommend completing as much of the program as you can at a gym, so that you have more access to a variety of weights and equipment. But you can do this entire program FROM HOME!
