The fourth instalment of BIKINI BODY is my absolute favourite program so far. I designed this Guide to be an 8 WEEK program that includes CARDIO, CORE, UPPER BODY & LOWER BODY workouts, specifically created to help you burn fat while also maintaining lean muscle mass.
As you progress through the program, the workouts will intensify to challenge you so I recommend starting your first week with weights that you're comfortable with, and gradually increasing your weights from week to week.
If you have access to a gym, aim to complete as much of the program as you can there so that you have access to a variety of weights, but you can absolutely complete the entire program at home and still yield incredible results!
